This
is Daves Gordon Smith Electric Mandolin that he helped to design. It
is the lean, mean red machine and is the perfect instrument for barn
dance bands like ours as it is loud enough to cut through the background
for lead and is crisp and clean.
It is with inestimable thanks to John Smith at Gordon Smith Guitars
for his help in the making of this. Apparently he has made a few more
since but they take some tracking down.
